About ROUSH Performance 

What started out in 1976 as Jack Roush Performance Engineering is now, more than four decades later, recognized internationally as a premier provider of automotive systems. With over 4,000 employees in facilities all across the globe, the name rings a bell in everyone’s ears with a brand that needs no introduction. 

Roush Performance was established in 1995 by motorsports legend Jack Roush, himself. Combining high-performance engineering with business antics, Roush began selling designs that he had created for his own team to the wider motorsports world. Roush Performance is based out of Plymouth Township in Michigan and is a division of Roush Enterprises. The brand designs, engineers, and manufactures aftermarket performance parts and superchargers for competitive racing and street applications.

The ROUSH Name is Gold 

Roush Performance is listed as an automotive "Manufacturer of Record," in that the company modifies Ford Mustang, Ford Focus, and Ford F-150 vehicles to a degree that they are considered to be “Roush” vehicles. Several of the models are also offered with Roush factory warranties as opposed to Ford warranties. As a Manufacturer of Record, Roush earns 50-state vehicle emissions and ongoing emissions diagnostics certifications to ensure emissions compliance and fault detection for the full “useful” life (120,000 miles) of a vehicle’s emissions system, as defined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

Roush Performance is highly recognized for its lineup of high-performance Ford powertrain components, including Roush engines, superchargers, F-150 mods, Mustang parts, brake packages, and suspension kits. To this day, Roush Performance is still regarded as being one of the leaders in the aftermarket Ford powertrain space. Roush takes pride in its extensive expertise in the OEM powertrain development market paired with having one of the most successful Ford-powered racing programs in U.S. motorsports history. ROUSH's warranty obligations for ROUSH® Parts and Accessories (individually and collectively "Part(s)"") is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined after ROUSH’s careful inspection, for that period identified in the chart below that begins on the date of retail purchase from an Authorized ROUSH Performance Dealer by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").

WARRANTY COVERAGE

If we determine that a Part(s) purchased from an Authorized ROUSH Dealer is defective, and it was returned for warranty reasons within the 90 day Warranty Period, at our option we will either (1) repair the Part(s) at no charge or (2) replace the Part(s) with one that is new. A replacement Part(s) that has been installed in accordance with ROUSH’s instructions, assumes the remaining warranty of the original Part(s) replaced. If a Part(s) or any component thereof is exchanged, the replacement becomes your property and the returned Part(s) or component becomes ROUSH’s property. Part(s) or any component thereof provided by ROUSH® to you to fulfill its warranty obligation must be used in the Part(s) for which warranty service is claimed.
