AMERICAN AUTOWIRE HISTORY

American Autowire was established in 1987 by current co-owners Michael Manning and Frank Colonna. Back in those days, it was just Michael and another person operating out of his basement in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. Michael and Frank are still at the helm of the company along with Jim Cardona, despite the fact that the American Autowire production facility in Bellmawr, New Jersey, has more than 100 employees and 38,000 sq. ft. Because of the hard work of their entire team, they have established themselves as the industry leader in automotive electrical manufacturing for original equipment manufacturers (OEM), restored vehicles, modified restorations, and street rods and custom vehicles.
