When it comes to modding Subaru’s, we have been at it since 2001. We are no stranger to the new 2011 STI sedan. Its aggressive rear end, rally style spoiler, and fender flares already give it a mean look bringing back the fanboy of the early bugeyed versions. So is possible to do to the new STI? Everything! Our customer south of the border made an example of this 2011 Subaru to bring it up to par with his Porsche and Ferrari cars. His street wheels are 19″ Advan RS, but when the track is calling, he rocks 18″ Volk TE37sl with full Yokohama slicks. His suspension is dialed from Agency Power and Tein. Equipped with the ultra beefy Agency Power rear control arms and sway bars, the STI gets the ultimate in handling from Tein’s Super Racing Coilovers. Some extra Whiteline bushings to stiffen the chassis, and response is there! Agency Power also powers the car with their Titanium Tip exhaust system with catless downpipe. Among other things, the car needed enhanced braking for the track duty it would be put up against. So he equipped the car with a Brembo GT big brake kit front and rear. The front 6piston kit features 355mm 2pc rotors and the rear has 345mm 2pc rotors. With some extras from Prova, OMP, custom alcantara interior, and tuning, this is one of the most dialed 2011 Subaru STI’s out there!
