2011 Vivid Racing Sponsorship Program – You Place, We Pay!

Starting for 2011, we are taking a new approach to sponsorships with Vivid Racing.  We are releasing our fresh new VR Contingency Program.  What is a contingency program?  Plain and simple…  You run the Vivid Racing logo on your vehicle and place in the top 3 of a particular competition, we pay you $$$!

Why are you doing this program?
Vivid Racing is a brand, it is more important to be seen or be apart of grassroots competition then it is to just say, “we put that exhaust on there”.  This approach allows you to put your blood, sweat, and tears into your car and passion and get PAID for your hard work.

How can I get involved?
Finish reading this page along with the requirements.  At the bottom of the page will be a link to the entry form.

What are the requirements?

1. First you must be approved.  To be approved you must fill out the complete entry form and as required, upload at least 3 photos of your car to our Sponsorship Gallery here.  Once we receive your submission, we will say Yay, Nay, or Need More Info.
2. You will receive a VRGiftBag if approved.  This consists of 1 window banner, 2 medium stickers, 2 small stickers, and 2 VR Plate frames.  All cars must run at least the 2 Medium Stickers and 1 Small Sticker on their vehicle during all competition events.  Sticker placement must be in 1 of the following areas:
   • Front bumper corners
   • Doors or Side Skirts
   • Rear quarter panels
   • Side Windows
3. After you receive your Vivid Racing stickers, create an account on our Member Gallery to load new images with the sticker placement so we can confirm it is acceptable.
4. Once this is complete, you are now approved for our Contingency Program.
5. There is no term to the sponsorship as long as the rules are followed accordingly.  If we decide to end the program or your sponsorship, we will notify you via email.

So how does it work?
You must be competing in a sanctioned/known event such as Time Attack, Road Racing, AutoX, Drift, Drag Racing, and even Car Showoffs.  Contingency is paid to the sponsored driver in the form of store credit with Vivid Racing.  There are no limits on how or when it can be used.  To receive contingency, you must provide the following:

1. Place in the top 3 of the competition (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place).
2. Provide website URL of the event and proof of competition results by email to sponsor@vividracing.com.
3. Upload event photos of your car involved with the Vivid Racing logo visible to your Member Gallery.
4. At this point we will then award you contingency.

How much do I get for finishing in the top 3?

• 1st place – $200
• 2nd place – $100
• 3rd place – $50
