Increase the Power Levels on your Twin Turbo 3.5L Ecoboost Raptor
The new Ford Raptor is a rugged high performance version of the F150 with an exceptional power plant. This time around Ford decided to reduce its engine cylinder count by 2, while adding 2 turbos in the process. The previous 5.4L and 6.2L V8 put down healthy power numbers, but cannot compare with the torque that the 3.5L Ecoboost puts out. Like most turbocharged power plants, it is very easy to increase those numbers with basic modifications. Even though the 3.5L puts down a whopping 450HP and 510FT/Lbs, aFe has proven parts to up those numbers safely.
Below we have compiled a list of the new aFe products that are being released for the 2017 Raptor. These parts include a tuning module, Intake system and exhaust system. The key to making more power with these engines is changing engine parameters and allowing it to breath better. The tuning gives the ECU a custom calibration which alters timing, boost, and fuel to optimize power. The intake system allows for cold air to be introduced into the engine and allow for more density. Finally, the exhaust system removes restrictions after the turbo so gasses can be expelled efficiently.

aFe POWER SCORCHER GT 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Tuning Module

The SCORCHER GT is a plug and play module capable of adding horsepower and torque with a 30 minute installation. Check out the dyno chart below, and compare the baseline Raptor dyno test to the initial results from the aFe SCORCHER. Final tuning has not been completed, but we already have a solid gain of +30hp and +27 lbs. ft of torque at the wheels!
aFe POWER Momentum GT 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Cold Air Intake System

The aFe Intake Team has already CAD designed and 3D printed a Momentum GT Series Cold Air Intake prototype for the 2017 F-150 Raptor and testing is underway. The Momentum GT Air Intake Systems feature an extremely large air filter, designed to increase the air flow and incorporate a scoop to pull fresh air from the front of the Raptor.
aFe POWER 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Cat-Back Exhaust System
The new F-150 Raptor is also spending time on the rack in the aFe Exhaust department, as they quickly begin to fabricate a new cat-back exhaust system to improve the exhaust flow, as well as give the 2017 F-150 an exhaust note worthy of the name Raptor.
