When it comes to high-end wheels for high-end vehicles, HRE has long been one of the biggest names around. Back in the late ’90s, HRE introduced their 540 Series wheel which quickly became one of their best selling wheels for at-the-time performance cars such as the E46 M3, 996 Turbo, and C5 Corvette. The 540 series eventually ended up dying, but to celebrate HRE’s 40th Anniversary, they brought it back to life earlier this year. With how popular the 991.2 GT3 RS is becoming, we knew it was only a matter of time until they started being paired with the HRE 540, and that’s exactly what our customer decided to do with their GT3RS. Although the 540 Series has an older style, the look works perfectly on the GT3RS. These particular 540 wheels are finished with a Satin Black face and Polished Black lips.
