There is no sign on the mountain and Audrina Partridge cannot be found. But here in the desert of Arizona we still get some rad cars. This customer brough us his Ferrari California to do some work to it. The Ferrari California is a pretty cool front engine Ferrari. It fits in place of my favorite Ferrari 550 Maranello and a radical Ferrari 599. The grand touring sports car has a hard top that retracts to make this convertible something sexy. As the first Ferrari to have a front engine V8 and 7 speed dual clutch gearbox, it definitely is no slouch. But to really give it some growl and wake up the neighborhood, we helped this customer add some flare (I need more flare!) to the car. Capristo is synonomous with Ferrari exhaust systems. Their exhaust for the California is a full stainless steel muffler that works with the factory rear bumper integrated exhaust tips. In addition to upgrading and removing the cats on the midpipes, this California now roars hard. But to tweak the power more and keep those pesty check engine lights off from the cats, the ECU’s were sent out to Novitec (premier Ferrari tuners) to be bench flashed. Overall this is now a Ferrari California that has upgraded to Silicon Valley status… Get it, get it, more money there.
