If you want a good laugh, call the Ferrari dealer and ask how much to change the clutch on a Ferrari 360 or F430. They will give you some crazy number between $7000 and $8000. But really what is different about the clutch in the Ferrari then the Porsche, STI, or even a 240SX? NOTHING! Its all in the brand and labor, but not that much. Having had huge success with Clutch Masters on our Porsche 996 and 997 Turbo, we decided to work with them again on a Ferrari clutch. Using factory Ferrari clutch disks and pressure plates, Clutch Masters works them over to hold the power of your Ferrari 3 times longer then stock. No more clutch slip and hefty service bills!
We have 2 options for the Ferrari 360 from Clutch Masters. The Stage 2 and the Stage 3. The stage 3 is 85% more stronger then the factory. Using this clutch on our Porsche 997TT, it is perfect for the street and track. The Stage 3 uses a material called Fiber Tough which is strong like kevlar but less abrasive on the flywheel surface. These clutch kits offer very easy engagement and are guaranteed. Check out the Ferrari 360 Clutch Kits Here.
If it costs $7-8K at a dealer, what does it cost for the nice folks at VividRacing to do it?
I will have someone respond to your email.
