To receive your rebate, please fill out the form at www.agency-power.com/rebate. Make sure all fields have the correct information and you attach a picture or scan of your purchase receipt. All rebate submissions will be verified before your rebate check is sent out. Rebate checks may take up to 4 weeks after submission has been received.
