We are looking for an individual to work in-house at our Gilbert, Arizona location to handle online branding and forum posting. This person will be required to maintain approximately 5-10 online automotive forums where they will post specials, interaction with customer, contribute information both on and off topic, respectfully defuse any online problems, and help brand the company with online enthusiast. In addition to representing Vivid Racing, this person will also represent our other 2 companies where required: Agency Power and Status Racing.
Job Responsibilities: Daily postings with links to new products, recommending products related to posts, interacting with other forum users, making sure proactive PR is done in case of incidents. For the other 2 companies, this person will handle dealer support on forums, facilitate customers questions, generate topics, and share news. Some new forum sponsorship may be required to optimize the sales potential. This person will also be required to facilitate sales leads to the proper sales people in house by gathering data from emails and Private Messages. They will not be responsible for closing sales or doing sales transactions.

Job Requirements: Work with computers and have extreme knowledge of online forum communities. Utilize streaming news an alerts from other sites, blogs, manufactures to be first with content. Understand the basics of aftermarket products. Some communication by phone, yet always representing yourself as the company to drive sales to the company, not to the individual.
Compensation: This job will pay $10-12/hr and to be done in-house here at Vivid Racing in Gilbert, Arizona. Hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Mon – Friday.
