Our customer brought us their 2012 Camaro SS looking to beef up the exhaust note and give it that muscle car rumble. The car came already fitted with the Borla ATAK Catback Exhaust and for some would be plenty but whats the fun in that? To make the V8 roar we decided to install a set of Motiv Concept Test Pipes that would remove the restrictive catalytic converters allowing for better exhaust flow. After the install was complete we started the vehicle and were instantly welcomed with an aggressive rumble that would wake the dead. We put together the following video to showcase the sound with and without the Motiv Test Pipes paired with the Borla ATAK Catback Exhaust.
