Our customer Albert sent us these beautiful black and white shots of his Mustang GT with newly equipped KW V1 coilovers installed. The 5.0L V8 is a handful and when it comes to torque, these monsters have it down pat! But as fast as you can go in a straight line, stopping and turning is just as important. So Albert hooked his Stang up with some KW coilovers. As a huge supporter and user of the KW product, we could not agree more with his upgrade. The Variant 1 is the intro level of the KW Variant series. They offer the driver the ability to set their ride height while the coilover has a preset dampening on the shock that cannot be adjusted. For a street car and someone wanting a better stance, the KW V1 is a great choice. If you are looking for more in the handling department, check out the KW Variant 3 which offers adjustable ride height and independent rebound and compression. “I bought these for making a nice street car with occasional drag strip/track use. The install was actually really easy and making adjustments was simple, I did this in my drive way with a jack, stands, and hand tools I couldn’t be happier with this product.
