KW Suspensions’ exclusive patented valve technology for independently adjustable compression and rebound dampening allows drivers to have custom driving setups. The system has dual level valves so drivers can adjust the compression dampening to control driving dynamics and the rebound dampening for road comfort.
With this system, you get the perfect suspension setup for more driving pleasure. The rebound force can be increased with 16 precise click adjustments for better handling and added comfort. By increasing the rebound force, wheel body movements are reduced to give you more stability during high-speed cornering.
The adjustable KW bottom valve adjusts the low-speed range of the compression level with twelve precise clicks. This allows you to manually influence the BMW X5’s body roll without having to change the spring rate (which optimally matches the rebound). No adjusting tools are needed thanks to KW Suspensions’ patented compression adjuster at the lower end of the stainless steel housing.
