Whether you love or hate the new FA20DIT engine under the hood of the 2015+ WRX, it’s the direction Subaru will be going in the long run. While many argue the old EJ motors are better than the FA20DIT, the new motor is still very good, and it’s significantly more efficient than the EJ engines. Just like any turbocharged engine, the FA20DIT responds very well to basic modifications.
Perrin already offered a charge pipe for the FA20DIT and now they’re offering that charge pipe in their new Neon Yellow color! Compared to the stock plastic charge pipe, Perrin’s charge pipe offers much better airflow and the aluminum construction is much stronger than stock.
