When it comes to the Audi community, popular modifications typically consist of lowering springs or air suspension, air intake, exhaust, and a tune. Most of the time the modifications are designed to make the car faster on the road. The Audi community, however, is very diverse. Some people want the ability to tackle some really rough terrain while still having all the creature comforts of an Audi. This is where lifting springs come into play, and H&R has designed the perfect set of springs.
If you lift your Audi too much, the angle of the control arms, ball joints, and axle shafts will be severe enough to cause premature wear on those components. H&R’s new lift springs for the 2018+ Audi Q5 provide a mild lift of +1.5” in the front and +1.4” inches in the rear. This is just enough to have a significant impact on ground clearance without prematurely wearing out your suspension components. With a higher ride height, you’ll be able to install slightly larger tires and be able to clear much larger obstacles off-road.
- Increased ground clearance for improved off-road-ability
- Rides similar to stock
- Front lift: 1.5 inches
- Rear lift: 1.4 inches
- Fitment: 2018+ Audi Q5 (all engines)
H&R is well known for creating springs that ride exactly like stock, whereas many aftermarket springs provide poor ride quality. This is possible thanks to their decades of experience and massive team of engineers. After you’re done on the trails with your Q5 you can cruise down the road with the same amazing ride quality your Audi had when it was stock.

That is an awesome set up. I am looking to go that direction with our Q5. What size tires are on the white Q5? I can almost make it out by zooming in, but not quite.
Dont know that exact size, but most guys when they do the overland style Cayenne with run a 33″ tire.
