STARTECH’s aerodynamic-enhancement components for the Model 3 boast a precise fit thanks to state-of-the-art 3D scanning and CAD technology. All of the parts are produced in OEM quality from polypropylene (PP) in an injection molding process. This delivers the perfect fit every time and optimal paintability. The front fascia gives the Tesla Model 3 a sporty facelift at the front, where it’s otherwise bland. The design is inspired by the front wings of modern Formula 1 racecars with regard to the shape of the integrated spoilers.
The front fascia, which replaces the production bumper, bolts right onto the original mounting points. What’s more, this piece has successfully passed the stringent EU pedestrian protection test. Naturally, the STARTECH front bumper also adopts all the sensors for semi-autonomous driving and park distance control so that they work as standard. The sophisticated shape not only reduces front-axle lift at high speeds, but also further optimizes the aerodynamics of the fully electric sedan.

The STARTECH rear fascia for the Tesla Model 3 is also designed to be a complete replacement for the production bumper. Its integrated diffuser gives the sedan a race-inspired look to take it to the next level. In order to achieve an optimal balance when it comes to the vehicle’s aerodynamics, STARTECH developed a three-piece rear wing for the fully electric fastback, which not only spans above the trunk, but also continues on the left and right sidewalls.

From the side, STARTECH added attachments for the rocker panels, along with carbon-design covers for the door mirrors and the camera housings on the front fenders to add even more of a sporty touch. By explicit customer request, STARTECH also offers a lasting form of “chrome delete” elements for further customization. For this, STARTECH employed a special process to apply a durable black coating to the window frames, while the chrome door handles were painted in the vehicle color.
