The General 4 is a rugged 4 seater UTV that gets through tough terrain with ease. Even though these machines are known for their reliability, there are a few weak spots that basic preventative maintenance / upgraded parts can fix. One of the largest issue is the factory installed carrier bearing. This part is known to wear prematurely, which will cause vibrations in the drive train. Over time, these vibrations can cause catastrophic problems for certain components of the drivetrain. Luckily SuperATV has released a new unit which not only improves over the factory part, it improves upon its design.
