Long time VR employee and now Sales Rep for Agency Power, Ryan, picked up his car number 30 this past weekend and we might have a keeper! The 2007 Mini Cooper S features the Turbo engine which has always been on our eye for modifying. At 172HP and 192ft/lbs, this Mini does 0-60 in 6.1 seconds with a 1/4 mile run at about 15.0 seconds. Running 11.6psi of boost, the 1.6L engine has more to give with some basic tuning parts. So what is on tap for this Mini Cooper S? The usual Vivid Racing collaboration. We are going to give it some bolt on horsepower, better stance and style, and top it off with some progressive build updates!
Our Project begins with the baseline test (numbers and graph soon) which will immediately be followed by an exhaust.
