The systems will typically come in 3 different sound levels for Domestic Muscle Car and European /Sport Compact Applications
Street Series: Exhaust systems are designed for those seeking increased performance and better economy, balanced with interior and exterior noise levels. These systems are tested against SAE J1169 standards. These are great exhaust systems for someone wanting to add an exhaust but not have it be overbearing or to loud.
Compeition Series: Exhaust systems are designed for those seeking maximum performance, reduced mass and an aggressive exhaust note that demands attention. These systems may not comply with all local or federal noise requirements. The competition series exhausts sound amazing. If you want to add that deep roar to your car this is it.
Race Series: Magnaflow designed these as the typically exhausts without mufflers. Loud, Lightweight and the ultimate in Performance. These won’t pass any federal laws and are meant for use on the race track.
The Diesel applications are offered in 4 or 5 inch are available in Stainless Steel or Aluminized Steel. The most popular applications are the Chevy Diesel Duramax for the Silverado 2500 and the Dodge Diesel Cummins Ram Trucks. The systems are offered in catback or filter back and turbo-back applications.
