Beginning in early 1999, Les "Allen" Waknin established Century Distributing, Inc. Start-up was a breeze for him because of his long-standing name and expertise in the truck cap and lid market. Les was the only owner and operator of the firm until his demise in 2005.
Donald and Sharon Waknin, Les's brother and sister-in-law from Littleton, Colorado, then assumed the roles of President and Vice President. Sharon Waknin and her husband Donald sold their business to two long-time workers on January 5th, 2010.
Heather M. Hanes served as Secretary/Treasurer in the absence of President Ronald Vandergriff. In November of 2015, Ronald Vandergriff stepped down as president, and Heather M. Hanes took his place. To better serve the industry, this is an exciting development for their organization.
