Since the vehicle's release, the only Porsche 991 GT2 RS intercooler upgrade was not an upgrade, but a band-aid for the stock 1990's style water spray system which sprays water from a reservoir in the frunk and onto the intercoolers. The band-aid was to install a larger capacity water tank which simply delayed the inevitable running out of water and output to be automatically limited by the factory ECU to try to keep the engine safe. Until you refilled the reservoir again it's likely your 991 GT2 RS would struggle with charge temps and limited output.Experts in cooling CSF and PWR joined operations to deliver a High-Performance Intercooler upgrade for the 991 GT2 RS which eliminates heat soak and lowers charge air temps on stock, tuned, and tracked cars. CSF achieves this by using an F1 performance-grade core which dramatically improves the efficiency of the intercoolers within the same space constraints.The OEM tube/fin cores contain a single row 7mm tall flat edge tube along with a high-efficiency multi-louvered 7mm tall fin. The CSF/PWR high performance intercoolers contain 2-row cores featuring 3mm tall rolled tubes with turbulated inner fins manually placed inside each tube to maximize the dissipation of heat from the charge air. The ambient side 4.85mm tall multi-louvered fin is also the most efficient fin in the global high-performance industry.The advantage of a rolled tube core is the rounded edge which allows airflow to travel around the tube face and into the intercooler core for maximum airflow and heat dissipation (Compared to the OEM flat face tube which scatters airflow when contacting the tube face). Both the OEM intercoolers and the CSF by PWR upgraded performance intercoolers are designed around 87mm thick cores with 103mm wide side channel end plates. This allows for a true plug-and-play "drop-in fit" installation that requires absolutely no modifications to install, and does not require trimming of the expensive OEM carbon fiber air ducts.The CSF by PWR 991 GT2 RS Twin Intercooler Set features Formula-1 grade cores which offer the greatest reduction in IATs and help eliminate heat soak. The Billet Aluminum construction offers the greatest strength and durability possible.

CSF warranty is applicable only to the original owner of the vehicle. Original paper work verifying the proof of purchase and pre-installation cooling system checklist signed by the professional installer is required to process warranty claims.

All warranty claims should be directed to the point of purchase. Due to CSFâ€™s established agreements with Authorized CSF Warehouse Distributors, CSF is unable to handle and/or process warranty related calls/inquires from any individuals â€“ all inquires/warranty related claims should be directed to the point of purchase or an authorized warehouse distributor.

Take care of your radiator, as under circumstances listed below the warranty will be void.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a â€œfit problemâ€ there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.

If a unit is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. Damages caused during shipping, installation or handling are not covered under warranty.

Any repairs or alterations to the unit will automatically void the warranty.

Any form of abuse, including the use of improper coolant mixtures, damage caused by steam, corrosion etc and use on commercial vehicles voids the warranty. It is the vehicle ownersâ€™ responsibility to maintain the cooling system as specified in the owners manual.
