Crafted from all stainless steel, this exhaust system showcases our unique 80 Series™ Crossflow muffler. With mandrel-bent dual 2.50-inch head pipes and an H-pipe crossover, you’ll enjoy a deep, smooth tone while minimizing back-rap during deceleration. The dual 2.50-inch stainless steel tailpipes not only enhance the sound but also optimize performance, giving these classic muscle cars a moderate tone both inside and out.

This header-back 409S stainless system is designed to keep the muffler in the factory position behind the rear axle, ensuring you maintain full ground clearance while reaping all the benefits of a dual exhaust system. Everything you need for installation is included—parts, hardware, and illustrated instructions. Plus, like all Flowmaster stainless steel street products, it comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Notes: For convertible models, you’ll need 3/8-inch shims on the factory x-brace or consider using an aftermarket Hotchkis Performance x-brace part 1404 for exhaust tubing clearance.

This catalytic converter is warranted to be free from defects in materials andworkmanship subject to the exclusion and conditions set forth below and subject to the durational limits in this paragraph. This catalytic converter has been designed and manufactured and is warranted to meet federal Environmental Protection Agency emission requirements for 25,000 miles. The stainless steel body and the nipples alone are warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comesfirst. At the conclusion of the 5 year/50,000 mile or 25,000 mile period, whichever is applicable, all liability under this limited warranty shall terminate.
