Installation costs, transportation costs or loss of use is not covered under this warranty. The Fuel Off-Road Warranty is valid only to the original consumer/purchaser when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid with proof of purchase. This Warranty does not cover removal or installation expense.

Haven't received a response from customer service on what to do with the damaged part. It's only been a day since I've recieved the part so I understand it may take a couple days. However, I'm also a bit frustrated on another issue that I had been speaking with a guy named Tommy. I need to replace springs in two agency blow off valves and or just replacement valves. It been over a month and he has stopped responding to my emails. Just not how I would expect to be treated as a customer trying to buy products.
