Gemballa is an aftermarket tuning company based in Leonberg close to Stuttgart, Germany. The company was founded by Uwe Gemballa back in 1981. They specialize in creating high-performance parts for high-end sports cars, mainly for Porsche vehicles. For years, the company is considered one of the most premiered Porsche tuning companies in the world.

(1) For contracts for work and services, the limitation period for claims by the ordering party due to a defect is 1 (one) year. For sales contracts for used items, the limitation period for claims by the buyer due to a defect is also 1 (one) year.
