Introducing the Polaris RZR Pro XP

The Polaris RZR Pro XP marks a new chapter in the RZR side-by-side family. Here at HMF, we were fortunate to get our hands on one early in the process, allowing us to jumpstart our research and development for both exhaust systems and other equipment. Initially, we thought our existing HMF exhaust systems would fit right in from the previous RZR Turbos. However, upon closer inspection, we realized that some adjustments were necessary due to the changes in the machine's design. Our dedicated team rolled up their sleeves and got to work, crafting new bumpers and equipment that not only fit the updated chassis but also complemented its modern styling while providing the protection our customers expect.

Our Exhaust Systems

After extensive measuring and fitting, our R&D team proudly presents four distinct muffler systems for the RZR Pro XP. Our proven design and fabrication skills have resulted in the following options:

Performance Series

Dual Slip-On
The factory silencer can leave much to be desired when it comes to sound. Our dual slip-on system quickly remedies that! The Performance Series boasts the signature sound that HMF is known for globally. The 4" aluminum silencers add 5 hp and 3 ft-lbs of torque, along with a 3-6 dB increase in sound. Plus, they replace the stock silencer and are significantly lighter.

Dual Full Turbo-Back

Building on our successful Dual Slip-On system, we incorporated a 2.5" mandrel-bent, stainless steel downpipe from the turbocharger to create the Performance Series Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust. This system features a laser-cut heat shield mounted to the downpipe. With 4" aluminum silencers and a stainless steel downpipe, you can expect a gain of 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs of torque, alongside a 3-6 dB increase in sound. The downpipe also includes a flex joint and a custom laser-cut heat shield.

Titan Series

Dual Full Turbo-Back
Utilizing the innovative internal core designs of the Titan Series, the Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust is available with either Loud (xL) or Quiet (QS) cores, allowing you to tailor the sound output to your preference. The xL cores deliver a deep tone with a hearty bark, while the QS cores maintain sound levels closer to stock, providing a rich, deep tone without the unwanted secondary harmonics often found in stock systems. The 5" stainless steel silencers and downpipe yield a gain of 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs of torque. The downpipe features a flex joint and a custom laser-cut heat shield. The Titan-xL is 3-6 dB louder than stock, while the Titan-QS matches stock levels at 84 dB but with a much deeper tone.

Titan-SS Series

Single Big Core Full Turbo-Back
This exhaust is designed for serious performance. Combining the durability of our Titan Series with years of racing experience, the Big Core setup is a powerhouse. It???s actually the shortest and least restrictive option, even compared to dual silencer setups. The single 5" stainless steel silencer and unrestricted 2.5" downpipe are built for racing enthusiasts. The silencer features a 2.5" core that matches the downpipe, minimizing back pressure on the turbo and ensuring optimal throttle response.

Fuel Tuning

Fuel tuning is typically not required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. However, if you make other modifications, you may need to tune the fuel system to ensure everything runs smoothly and to prevent any damage to the exhaust system. For tuning solutions, check the settings below or Contact Us for more information.

Our HMF BlackOut exhausts feature a specialized matte ceramic coating designed to withstand extreme temperatures.
