Karcepts ND Front Sway Bar Kit

The result is a 2016+ Mazda MX-5 Miata Front Sway Bar Kit that offers super quick adjustability, an enormous adjustment range, maximum stiffness with minimal weight, and minimizes installation time/difficulties (when choosing to cut the factory sway bar during removal).
Karcepts ND Front Subframe Reinforcement Kit
The Karcepts ND Front Subframe Reinforcement Kit has been developed to solve subframe tearing issues primarily observed by racers who have been competing with their ND Miatas on the soft factory springs (SCCA Solo C Street Class is one example using this ruleset).
Competitors have been using front sway bar rates 4-5 times stiffer for optimal speed on the track than at the factory. Couple a very rigid bar with soft springs, and you generate a high amount of loading through the subframe. Also, factor in the ND's subframe being constructed of thin sheet metal (only 2mm thick) with overhung sway bar mounting locations, and you have a recipe for disaster.
Karcepts has been able to develop billet aluminum inserts to seat within the pockets of the subframe and prevent tearing failures. These reinforcement pieces are bolted in securely with large 10mm, 12mm, and 14mm hardware. Installation is simple and will not require tedious subframe removal. If utilizing a Karcepts ND Front Sway Bar Kit, this reinforcement package additionally integrates a clamping feature with the Karcepts ND Front Sway Bar Mounts.
Karcepts ND Pro Series Front Camber Bushings
We have taken the Karcepts ND Front Camber Bushings one step further with these Pro Series bushings. The Pro Series bushings have an additional offset, enabling 1.5 degrees of negative front camber overstock. These bushings allow ND race vehicles the necessary -4 degrees of front camber for optimal lap times. The extra offset will require additional material removal on the upper control arms to alleviate cross member interferences. If you are a competitive hardcore racer looking for maximum front grip, proper tire wear, and wishing to minimize the ND's mid-corner push characteristics, these are the bushings you need.
Karcepts S2000 Rear Hubs
The primary failure point is from the lightening cut-outs on the backside of an already thin hub flange. Karcepts S2000 Rear Hubs are filled in solid and built with an increased flange thickness. Rotor retention screw holes have also been eliminated. These 3 simple geometric adjustments have reduced stresses two-fold over the OE Honda units. Along with design optimization, Karcepts hubs are machined from chromoly steel and heat-treated for an even greater endurance limit.
