We have upgraded our very popular Downpipe with 200 cell sport cat for Mini Cooper S, Clubman S, Cabrio S, JCW Cooper and JCW Clubman 2007-16. It now is manufactured from 2.5" diameter high quality 304 stainless steel pipe for longer life and rust resistance. Still has superior heat resistance and strength. The entire product is now 304 stainless steel.
This 2.5" stainless pipe replaces the OE catalytic converter with a high performance sport cat for additional power and yet saves the environment with reduced harmful exhaust gases. The upgraded catalytic converter is now a "Euro 5 Metallic element" which is a much higher quality element than normally found on this type of product.

- This downpipe increases exhaust gas flow from this reduced restriction and allows for more power in the low to mid range RPM. More responsive throttle response.
- Downpipe includes includes high quality sport 200 cpsi metallic Euro 5 catalytic converter. Typical cheap headers will only use a quality level of Euro 3.
- Downpipe includes 2 O2 sensor bungs complete with screw in plugs
- Downpipe comes with factory style flanges for a leak free install
- Each down pipe comes with standard factory type OEM mounting flange to support the downpipe and reduce stress on mounting points
- Easily to install. Mounts in factory mounting locations. Comes complete with gaskets and bolts. No modifications are needed.
