The multi-functional Rail Rack 2 with four-foot long overhead extension carries ladders, lumber, watercraft and other cargo weighing up to 500 lbs. The basic model fits pickups with conventional fleetside bedrails, and locks onto the bedrails using a low-profile clamping system. The crossbars and legs are adjustable to fit small or large trucks and the siderails fit long or short bed trucks.
Installs easily without drilling your pickup and holds securely. This truck rack can be removed in less than 10 minutes and can be easily disassembled for more compact storage. However, this truck rack may also be bolted to the bedrails of the truck if preferred. Since this rack fits a range of truck beds, installation may require that two small 3/8" holes be drilled into the rack itself (not the truck) to set its length. Extra short beds less than 68 inches long may also require that a short portion of tubing be removed with a hack saw.

U.S. Rack, Inc products are warranted for a period of 1 year against all defects in structural materials and workmanship provided that they are assembled, installed, and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions. Powder coated racks can not be warranted against rust. Merchandise must be returned in the original box with original packaging or in similar manner to prevent damage.In the unlikely event that your US Rack product must be returned for warranty consideration, follow the instructions below.
Please have the following information available when contacting our customer service department.- Copy of original purchase receipt
- Description of the problem or issue
- Images of the product defect. The more clearly the images identify the issue, the faster your claim can be processed
- Shipping address the replacement item is to be sent to
- I would like to receive a replacement part before I send my part back – This option will resolve the issue the quickest but will require us to have a current credit card on file. Our customer service department will send you a credit card authorization form. In the event we do not receive the warranted item back from you within 30 days of receipt of replacement product, we will charge your card for the replacement cost of the item(s) plus shipping.
