Damages due to vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper installation, scratches or road hazards, (such as: impact, road debris or breakage due to improper consumer handling), are not covered. Sellerâ€™s and manufacturerâ€™s only obligations shall be to replace the product proved to be defective. Labor charges, injuries or any other loss or damages whatsoever, including those incurred in installation, paint or painting of GTS products, repair or replacement, as well as incidental damages are excluded. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product.
