Features:- REDOT/Strobe Machining: The red line on the outer circumference of the rim is expressed by the patented REDOT method, while the strobe line is crafted using A.M.T. Machining. When in rotation, the strobe line that rotates in the driving direction is sure to catch the eye.
- Proof of S-plus (S-plus TIME ATTACK / behind spoke): The S-plus model enhances the performance of SAGA, with meticulous attention to the back side of the spokes, rim thickness, and fine line connections to achieve high strength and rigidity. Haven't received a response from customer service on what to do with the damaged part. It's only been a day since I've recieved the part so I understand it may take a couple days. However, I'm also a bit frustrated on another issue that I had been speaking with a guy named Tommy. I need to replace springs in two agency blow off valves and or just replacement valves. It been over a month and he has stopped responding to my emails. Just not how I would expect to be treated as a customer trying to buy products.
