The latest decades include vehicles with over 500 hp, have about 2-ton chassis weight, and exhibit marvelous performance, often appearing as racing cars in the city. To cater to this demand, the TE37 Ultra 20-inch was added to the lineup, followed by the 19-inch variant. In 2016, the TE37 Ultra Track Edition with machined side pockets achieved a -200g weight loss with a center cap-less specification. In 2019, a further lighter model of the TE37 Ultra Track Edition II debuted in the TE37 series, marking a required evolution. RAYS analyzed unnecessary weight again, managing to decrease the weight of the center part of the wheel (root of spoke) using analytic technology developed from WEC LMP-1 and Super GT GT500 class competition wheels. This reduction of just 60g signifies a notable evolution in wheel design. As a color feature, RAYS introduced the new Blast Black, and this model allows for center cap installation, catering to those who enjoy driving on the street.
