Who is Wagner?

Wagner is a manufacturing company where its history can be traced back to 1891. It was during this time that H.A. Wagner started the company Wagner Electric Manufacturing in two small rooms in St. Louis, Missouri. They initially produced a self-starting motor for desk fans. Back in the day, electric fans were hand-cranked so having an automated starting motor is considered a breakthrough. Today, Wagner is considered the leading innovator when it comes to braking systems for the automotive industry.

Innovation Is What Drives The Company

Wagner has always been known for creating innovations and searching for new opportunities on how it can make quality products. Starting with the self-starting electric fan motor, they also experimented with electrical systems by working on electric starters, batteries, electrical charging stations to the point that they have an electric car prototype. This was all done during the time when cars are just being introduced. They then introduced a self-adjusting brake on the Studebaker which is considered a car that is just too ahead of its time.

Setting Industry Standards

Given their history of creating innovative products, it is to no surprise that Wagner is a company that sets industry standards when it comes to manufacturing brake components. They have a comprehensive list of parts needed to complete a brake rebuild. They have brake components for a variety of vehicle applications.
